Ingredients
- Powdered sugar: 4 tablespoons
- Cake flour: 2 cups
- Margarine: 15 dag
- Egg: 1 piece
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Chocolate: 5 dag
- Cocoa powder: 2 teaspoons
Preparation
Chop the chocolate into small chunks. In a bowl, combine margarine, cocoa powder, flour, powdered sugar, and baking powder. Rub the margarine with these ingredients using your fingertips until lumps form. Add the egg and previously chopped chocolate chunks.
Knead the dough. Roll out the dough and cut out cookies using a glass with a diameter of 6 cm. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
