Crunchy cocoa cookies with melted chocolate.
Ingredients
- Dark chocolate, 100 g
- Butter, 100 g
- Powdered sugar, 1/2 cup
- Cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons
- Egg, 1
- Wheat flour, 220 g (1 and 1/3 cups)
- Baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon
- Baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon
Preparation
Divide the chocolate into pieces. Cut the butter and let it soften at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Beat the butter into a light cream with the powdered sugar and cocoa (about 5 minutes). Add the egg and beat for another 3 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour with the baking soda and baking powder. Add this mixture to the creamed butter and mix well.
Divide the dough into about 13 parts. Shape each part into a disc, place a piece of chocolate in the center, and seal the edges of the dough. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 13 minutes.
