Just a touch of cocoa and a few extras are enough to transform classic crepes. In this version, they taste truly delicious.
Ingredients – extras
- Bananas: 4
- Icing sugar: 5 g
- Cocoa powder: 5 g
- Butter: 2 tablespoons
- Peanut butter: 100 g
Ingredients – batter
- Eggs: 2
- Cocoa powder: 10 g
- Whole milk: 500 ml
- Canola oil: 3 tablespoons
- Salt: A pinch
- Wheat flour: 180 g
Preparation
Thoroughly mix all the batter ingredients. Set aside for 20-30 minutes, then fry thin crepes (about 10). Spread peanut butter on the cooked crepes, then arrange sliced bananas on top. Fold the crepes into envelopes or triangles.
Melt butter in a pan and place the folded crepes in it. Fry on low heat on both sides. Once done, sprinkle the crepes with icing sugar and cocoa powder.
