  • Apples: 7 pieces
  • Sugar: 1 cup
  • Vanilla sugar for cakes and desserts: 1 packet
  • All-purpose flour: 2 cups

  • Cocoa powder: 1 tablespoon
  • Eggs: 3 pieces
  • Oil: 3/4 cup
  • Raisins: 1/2 cup
  • Nuts: 1/4 cup

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, layer the following ingredients: diced apples, sugar, vanilla sugar, blanched raisins, chopped nuts, flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, beaten eggs, and oil. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
