These cookies are amazing, and their aroma tempts you right from the moment you start mixing the ingredients! They have a pleasantly chewy interior and a baked top.
Ingredients
- Tahini sesame paste – 150 grams
- Desiccated coconut – 100 grams
- Coconut sugar – 100 grams
- Egg – 1
- Maple syrup – 2 tablespoons
Preparation
- Combine all the ingredients until you get a uniform consistency.
- Form the mixture into walnut-sized balls, placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (with spaces in between and without flattening).
- Bake the cookies in a preheated oven for about 12 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius, then cool on a wire rack. (Initially, they will be very delicate, but they will quickly acquire the right consistency.)
