Chewy Sesame Coconut Cookies with Maple Syrup

Chewy Sesame Coconut Cookies with Maple Syrup

These cookies are amazing, and their aroma tempts you right from the moment you start mixing the ingredients! They have a pleasantly chewy interior and a baked top.

Ingredients

  • Tahini sesame paste – 150 grams
  • Desiccated coconut – 100 grams
  • Coconut sugar – 100 grams
  • Egg – 1
  • Maple syrup – 2 tablespoons

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients until you get a uniform consistency.
  2. Form the mixture into walnut-sized balls, placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (with spaces in between and without flattening).
  3. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven for about 12 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius, then cool on a wire rack. (Initially, they will be very delicate, but they will quickly acquire the right consistency.)
