Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

Cheesecake

This simple yet elegant dessert combines the freshness of ripe strawberries with the creamy richness of a cheesecake filling. Perfect for a quick treat or a festive occasion, these delicious bites are sure to impress with their charming appearance and irresistible taste.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and seeded
  • 1 (8 oz) carton of cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon almond extract (substitute for vanilla extract if preferred)
  • graham crackers, crushed (optional for garnish)

Method:

In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, icing sugar and almond extract until smooth.

Transfer the cream cheese mixture to an icing bag. If you don’t have a piping bag, cut the corner off a resealable plastic bag and use that as a makeshift bag.

Carefully fill the strawberry cores with the cream cheese mixture.

If desired, dip the filled side of the strawberries in crushed graham crackers for a crunchy coating.

Chill the strawberries in the fridge before serving to allow the filling to set.
