Peanut Butter Cereal Treats are delicious bars that combine the nutty crunch of Peanut Butter Cap’n Crunch cereal with gooey marshmallows and a hint of peanut butter. Topped with colourful milk chocolate M&M’s, these treats are a playful twist on the classic Rice Krispies treat.
Ingredients:
- 30 large marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 6 cups Peanut Butter Cap’n Crunch
- 1-1/2 cups milk chocolate M&M’s
Method:
Combine the marshmallows, butter and peanut butter in a large saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until melted.
Remove from the heat and stir in the Peanut Butter Cap’n Crunch cereal and milk chocolate M&M’s.
Pour the mixture into a 13x9cm pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Allow to cool, then cut into bars.
