Carrot Smoothie with Mango and Ginger

Carrot and ginger make a wonderful, warming combination. The sweetness is, of course, provided by the mango!

Ingredients:

  • Orange jam – 2 teaspoons
  • Fresh ginger – 20 g
  • Mango – 400 g
  • Carrot – 350 g
  • Physalis – 200 g
  • Orange – 5 pieces

Preparation:

First, prepare the fruits. Peel the mango, cut the flesh away from the pit, and chop it into thick cubes. Grate the carrot coarsely. Remove the husks from the physalis, wash, and drain them. Peel and chop the ginger.

Next, blend the ingredients. Thoroughly blend the prepared ingredients with the juice squeezed from the oranges and cinnamon. Add orange jam to taste and blend again briefly. Pour the smoothie into glasses and decorate with orange slices as desired.
