Ingredients
- Fresh ginger – 50 g
- Carrots – 1 kg
- Sunflower oil – 2 teaspoons
- Oranges – 6
Preparation
Peel and roughly chop the carrots and ginger root. Extract the juice using a juicer.
Cut one orange in half and slice a few thin rounds (for decoration). Juice all the oranges.
Combine the orange juice with the carrot and ginger juice, add sunflower oil, and pour into glasses. Decorate with orange slices and serve immediately with straws.
