Do you like homemade cakes but usually need an oven to make them? If so, this recipe will be perfect for you! A quick-to-prepare cake with delicious cream and lots of strawberries. It can’t go wrong!
Ingredients
- Biscuits 40 g
- Mascarpone cheese 400 g
- Cream 30% 200 g
- Powdered sugar 3 tablespoons
- Caramel mass 250 g
- Strawberries 300 g
- Milk chocolate 70 g
- Hazelnuts, chopped 30 g
Preparation:
First, melt the chocolate in a water bath. Place a bowl over a pot of boiling water so that the water level is below the edge of the bowl. Break the chocolate into pieces, add to the bowl, and stir constantly until melted.
Next, prepare the cream. Add mascarpone, cream, and powdered sugar to a bowl. Mix everything until a uniform cream is formed.
Then, prepare the remaining ingredients. Wash the strawberries thoroughly and cut them in half. Chop the hazelnuts finely.
Finally, assemble the cake. Place the biscuits at the bottom of a dish. Spread half of the cream over them, followed by the caramel mass, and then the other half of the cream. Arrange the strawberries on the cream, drizzle the cake with melted chocolate, and sprinkle with hazelnuts. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
