A recipe for perfect ice cream for all cappuccino lovers.

Ingredients

  • Heavy cream (30%), 300 grams
  • Rice milk, 200 grams
  • Powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla cappuccino powder, 2 teaspoons
  • Vanilla sugar, 1 teaspoon

Preparation

  1. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form.
  2. Add rice milk and vanilla cappuccino powder to the whipped cream. Mix everything well and refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
  3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker. Mix in the machine until the mixture thickens.
  4. Transfer the ice cream mixture into a container and store it in the freezer.
