Ingredients
- Heavy cream (30%), 300 grams
- Rice milk, 200 grams
- Powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla cappuccino powder, 2 teaspoons
- Vanilla sugar, 1 teaspoon
Preparation
- Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Add rice milk and vanilla cappuccino powder to the whipped cream. Mix everything well and refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker. Mix in the machine until the mixture thickens.
- Transfer the ice cream mixture into a container and store it in the freezer.
