A simple to prepare cake that melts in your mouth. Brownies with blueberries will take you to a world of pure delight.
Ingredients
- Blueberries, 1 cup
- Butter, 200 g
- Dark chocolate, 200 g + 50 g for topping
- Eggs, 3
- Sugar, 1 cup (200 g)
- Flour, 135 g
Preparation:
Rinse and dry the blueberries.
Preheat the oven to 160°C.
Prepare a small rectangular baking pan with dimensions 21 cm x 28 cm (or another pan with the same surface area, e.g., 24 cm x 24 cm), and line it with baking paper.
Put the butter in a saucepan and melt it over minimal heat with 200 g of chocolate broken into pieces, stirring occasionally and not overheating it. Remove from the heat. Keep the remaining 50 g of chocolate to sprinkle on top.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with sugar. Add the melted chocolate with butter and mix until smooth.
Add the flour and mix again until a uniform batter forms. Pour into the prepared pan and smooth the surface.
Sprinkle the blueberries and the chopped remaining 50 g of chocolate on top.
Place in the oven and bake for about 35 minutes, until the cake slightly rises (if using a larger pan, the cake will be ready faster; if using a smaller pan, the baking time may need to be extended).
