Blood Orange Fruit Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 grated cheese (peeled)
  • 1 blood orange (sliced or grapefruit)
  • 1/4 cup grenadine syrup
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup grapefruit juice
  • 333 cups orange juice
  • 125 cups white rum
  • bamboo (cocktail stick, for garnish, optional)
  • orchid (flower, for garnish, optional)

Method:

Start by peeling and grating the cheese. Set aside.

Slice the blood orange or grapefruit and set aside.

In a large pitcher, combine the grenadine syrup, lemon juice, grapefruit juice and orange juice. Stir well to combine.

Add the white rum to the pitcher and stir again.

Pour into glasses. Garnish each glass with a blood orange or grapefruit slice.

Sprinkle the grated cheese over the cocktail.

If desired, garnish with a bamboo stick and an orchid flower.
