Ingredients
- All-purpose flour: 4 cups
- Margarine: 500 g
- Beer: 1 cup
- Jam
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Preparation
- In a bowl, sift the flour, add chopped margarine, and pour in the beer. Quickly knead the dough.
- Roll out the dough thinly and cut out squares with a side of about 8 cm.
- Place jam on each square of dough and fold two opposite corners towards the center.
- Arrange the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C.
- Cool the cookies on a rack and dust with powdered sugar.
