Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour: 4 cups
  • Margarine: 500 g
  • Beer: 1 cup
  • Jam
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, sift the flour, add chopped margarine, and pour in the beer. Quickly knead the dough.
  2. Roll out the dough thinly and cut out squares with a side of about 8 cm.
  3. Place jam on each square of dough and fold two opposite corners towards the center.
  4. Arrange the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C.
  6. Cool the cookies on a rack and dust with powdered sugar.
