Ingredients:
- Pink writing gel and pink, white and gold sprinkles for the glass rim
- 1 large pasteurised egg white
- 3 oz. Patron Citrónge orange liqueur
- 2 oz. Grenadine
- 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
- For the ice
- 8 oz. club soda or seltzer
- Edible gold glitter, to serve (optional)
Method:
Line the rim of your cocktail glass with pink writing gel and dip it into a mixture of pink, white and gold sprinkles to create a festive, glittering rim.
In a cocktail shaker, pour the egg whites, Patron Citrónge, grenadine and lemon juice. Add ice and shake vigorously until chilled and the egg whites are foamy.
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass, filling it halfway.
Top with club soda or seltzer and stir gently to combine.
For extra sparkle, sprinkle a small amount of edible gold glitter on top.
