Banananut Ice Cream with Peanut Butter

Banananut Ice Cream with Peanut Butter

Bananas and peanut butter have always been an excellent duo, and with the addition of salty peanuts and dark chocolate, they taste truly sensational.

Ingredients

  • Bananas – 3 pieces
  • Heavy cream 36% – 200 grams
  • Peanut butter – 100 grams
  • Powdered sugar – 2 tablespoons
  • Peanuts – 2 handfuls
  • Dark chocolate – 30 grams

Preparation

Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form, then gently combine with peanut butter and previously blended bananas.

Finally, fold in finely chopped peanuts and grated dark chocolate.

Transfer the mixture into a container, seal, and freeze in the freezer. (During freezing, you can stir the ice cream mixture twice to make it fluffier. I often leave it until completely frozen, and they are not too hard).

It’s best to let the ice cream stand at room temperature for 5-6 minutes before serving.
