Banan-Chocolate Ice Cream from Blender

Banan-Chocolate Ice Cream from Blender

You can prepare it with frozen fruits and your favorite additions. Ice cream tastes best with strawberries, raspberries, dried cherries, or bananas. As you can see, there are many flavor variations, and interestingly, the dessert almost always differs in sweetness level. This depends precisely on the fruits that form its base.

Ingredients

  • 3 large, very ripe bananas (about 410 g)
  • 90 g dark chocolate (Callebaut 811)
  • 25 g roasted hazelnuts
  • 3 teaspoons Dark Cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons soy milk

Preparation

Slice ripe bananas and place them in a plastic container. Freeze for at least 3 hours. Finely chop hazelnuts and chocolate. In the blender bowl, place frozen bananas, dark chocolate, hazelnuts, cocoa, and soy milk.
Blend all ingredients into a creamy mixture and serve immediately.
