- Rolled oats, 4 tablespoons
- Apple juice (preferably pressed), 1 cup
- Apple, 1
- Raisins, 2 teaspoons
- Dried white mulberries (Purella), 2 teaspoons
- Goji berries (Purella), 2 teaspoons
- Honey, 2 teaspoons
- Cinnamon, 1 pinch
Preparation:
The evening before, soak the oats in apple juice to speed up cooking in the morning.
Grate the apple using a coarse grater.
Cook the oatmeal for 5-7 minutes (if it becomes too thick, add a few tablespoons of water). Add cinnamon, grated apple, and raisins, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Transfer the warm oatmeal to a bowl, top with goji berries, mulberries, and drizzle with honey.
