Apricot Smoothie

Delicious smoothie for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 300 g ripe, soft apricots
  • 1 banana
  • 200 g plain yogurt*
  • 1/3 cup milk*
  • Juice of 1 orange or 1/3 cup bottled orange juice
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon agave syrup or sugar
  • *Alternatively, you can use 200 g coconut milk (half a can) instead of milk and yogurt.

Preparation

  1. Wash, peel, and pit the apricots.
  2. Blend them in a standing blender with the peeled banana, yogurt, milk, and orange juice.
  3. Sweeten with agave syrup or sugar if needed.
  4. Serve immediately.
