Deliciously sweet ice cream with aromatic amaretto liqueur.
Ingredients
- Strawberries: 300 g
- Ground almonds: 100 g
- Amaretto liqueur: 1 tablespoon
- Egg yolks: 2 pieces
- Cream: 200 g
- Sugar: 3/4 cup
- Milk: 1 cup
Preparation
Blend the strawberries with milk. Scald the eggs, separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks with sugar. Whip the cream. Combine all the ingredients, mix thoroughly. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker, set for 30 minutes, add ground almonds and amaretto. After this time, put the mixture in the freezer for about 1 hour.
