A quick, simple, tried-and-true recipe for cookies. The intense flavor of almonds and a touch of chocolate make for a perfect combination!
Ingredients:
- Icing sugar – 100 g
- Vanilla sugar – 1 packet
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Almond flour – 250 g
- Flaked almonds – 100 g
- Wheat flour – 1 tablespoon
- Dark chocolate – 100 g
Preparation:
Mix ground almonds, icing sugar, vanilla sugar, egg whites, and wheat flour together (the consistency should resemble marzipan). Shape the almond mixture into logs about 17 cm long. Roll the entire log in flaked almonds.
Place the logs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and shape them into sticks. Bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C. Let the baked cookies cool.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave, stirring until it’s cool. Dip the ends of the cookies in the chocolate and set aside to set.
