Almond Butter Cookies

Almond butter cookies have many fans, which is why they disappear in the blink of an eye.

Ingredients

Dough:

  • Almond butter, 12 dag
  • Butter 82%, 10 dag
  • Sugar, 15 dag
  • Flour, 17 dag
  • Egg, 1 piece
  • Vanilla sugar, 1 teaspoon
  • Baking soda (Prymat brand), 0.3 teaspoon
  • Baking powder, 0.3 teaspoon
  • Chocolate balls, 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped almonds, 1 tablespoon

Preparation

  1. Cream the butter and almond butter with sugar until pale and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the egg and continue beating for another 3 minutes, then add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Fold in chocolate balls or chips and chopped almonds into the dough and mix well.
  4. Form round cookies.
  5. Bake the cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 15 minutes at 175°C.
