Almond butter cookies have many fans, which is why they disappear in the blink of an eye.
Ingredients
Dough:
- Almond butter, 12 dag
- Butter 82%, 10 dag
- Sugar, 15 dag
- Flour, 17 dag
- Egg, 1 piece
- Vanilla sugar, 1 teaspoon
- Baking soda (Prymat brand), 0.3 teaspoon
- Baking powder, 0.3 teaspoon
- Chocolate balls, 1 tablespoon
- Chopped almonds, 1 tablespoon
Preparation
- Cream the butter and almond butter with sugar until pale and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
- Add the egg and continue beating for another 3 minutes, then add the remaining ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate balls or chips and chopped almonds into the dough and mix well.
- Form round cookies.
- Bake the cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 15 minutes at 175°C.
