Kiwi Sorbet on a Stick

A quick idea for a light dessert on hot days – refreshing kiwi mousse in the form of delicious tangy popsicles!

Ingredients

  • Powdered sugar, 70 g
  • Kiwi, 13
  • Lime juice, 20 ml

Preparation:

Peel 12 kiwis and cut them into quarters. Blend finely with lime juice and powdered sugar, then strain through a sieve. Pour into molds (about 150 ml each) and place in the freezer for 2 hours until the mixture starts to freeze.

Peel the remaining kiwi and cut out 4 slices from the center. Place one slice on each popsicle, inserting a popsicle stick through the slice into the mixture. Freeze in the freezer until the popsicles are completely frozen. To remove from the molds, briefly hold the outer part of the molds in warm water.
