- Egg, 1
- Sugar, 25 g
- Vanilla sugar, 16 g
- Wheat flour, 75 g
- Milk, 90 ml
- Kiwi, 120 g
- Oil, 2 tablespoons
- Rapeseed oil, 1 teaspoon
- Baking powder, 1 pinch
- Salt, 1 pinch
- Maple syrup, 6 teaspoons
- Strawberry, 150 g
Preparation:
In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and vanilla sugar. In a separate container, beat the egg, milk, and rapeseed oil. Combine with the dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
Clean and cut the strawberries into halves or quarters, peel the kiwi and cut into pieces.
Heat a bit of oil in a pan, gently stir the batter, and spoon small amounts onto the pan. Cook the pancakes on each side for about 1 minute, then transfer to a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Thread a piece of strawberry, kiwi, and three pancakes onto each skewer. Drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
