Strawberry Pancakes

Sweet pancakes with strawberries. Prepare a delicious breakfast or light lunch and delight your family with this recipe.

Ingredients

For the Pancake Batter:

  • 130 g flour
  • 325 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • A small pinch of salt
  • 30 ml oil or melted butter

For the Cheese Filling:

  • 250 g cottage cheese
  • 4 tablespoons heavy cream (30%)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar

And Also:

  • About 250 g strawberries
  • 2 – 4 tablespoons Nutella
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Preparation

Pancake Batter: In a bowl, combine the flour, milk, eggs, sugar, and salt. Mix until you have a smooth batter. Add the oil or melted butter and mix again. Let the batter rest for about 30 minutes, if you have the time.

Cheese Filling: Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, then mix with the heavy cream, vanilla sugar, and powdered sugar. Stir in the diced strawberries.

Heat a pancake pan and cook the pancakes until golden brown on both sides.

Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the cheese and strawberry filling onto each pancake and roll them up. You can warm them slightly before serving.

Dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with Nutella.
