Ingredients
- 3 large, very ripe bananas (about 410 g)
- 90 g dark chocolate (Callebaut 811)
- 25 g roasted hazelnuts
- 3 teaspoons Dark Cocoa
- 2 tablespoons soy milk
Preparation
Slice ripe bananas and place them in a plastic container. Freeze for at least 3 hours. Finely chop hazelnuts and chocolate. In the blender bowl, place frozen bananas, dark chocolate, hazelnuts, cocoa, and soy milk.
Blend all ingredients into a creamy mixture and serve immediately.
