A delicious snack. Sweetness that melts in your mouth.
Ingredients
- butter, 200 g
- bittersweet chocolate, 200 g
- eggs, 3 (room temperature)
- sugar, 180 g
- flour, 135 g
- baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
- fruits, about 1 cup (e.g., a few strawberries + several blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Prepare about 12-18 disposable paper baking cups or line a standard 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
Prepare the fruits: slice the strawberries and leave the blueberries and raspberries whole.
Cut the butter into small cubes and place it in a saucepan. Add the chocolate, broken into pieces, and melt over low heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the melted chocolate and butter mixture and blend until smooth.
Add the flour (and baking powder if using) and mix until the batter is uniform.
Spoon the batter into the prepared baking cups, add the fruits (e.g., 1 blueberry and 2 strawberry slices or 3 raspberries per cupcake), and bake for about 25 minutes.
