This no-bake dessert combines creamy mint flavours with chocolatey goodness, making it perfect for Christmas or any special occasion.
Ingredients:
- 375ml (1 1/2 cups) single cream
- 125ml (1/2 cup) double cream
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Green food colouring (to tint)
- 3 x 155g packets of Mr Kipling Chocolate Slices
- 118g packet of Nestlé Aero Mint chocolate (cut into pieces)
- 35g Nestlé Peppermint Crisp bar (broken into pieces)
- 10 Spearmint leaf lollies
- 5 Lindt Lindor Mint Collection milk and white chocolate balls
- Chocolate sauce (to drizzle over)
- Red and green mini M&M’s (for decoration)
Method:
In a mixing bowl, whip the thickened cream and double cream until soft peaks form.
Add the peppermint extract and a few drops of green food colouring to the cream mixture. Mix until well combined and coloured to your desired shade of green.
Pipe three peaks of the mint cream onto the top of each Mr Kipling chocolate slice.
Arrange the iced chocolate slices on their sides, touching each other, around the edge of a large serving plate to form a wreath.
Pipe small swirls of the cream mixture onto the chocolate slices.
Scatter the Aero Mint chocolate shavings, Peppermint Crisp bar shavings and Spearmint leaf lollies over the cream.
Place Lindt Lindor Mint Collection chocolate balls strategically around the wreath.
Drizzle chocolate sauce generously over the entire wreath.
Finally, decorate with red and green mini M&M’s for a festive touch.
