Ingredients
- 4 slices of pineapple
- 4 scoops of vanilla or cream ice cream
- Freshly ground or preferably lightly crushed black pepper
Caramel Sauce (prepare before grilling pineapple)
Preparation
Prepare caramel sauce. Slice pineapple, remove the core, and grill for a few minutes on each side until dark grill marks appear and the pineapple is softened. Place grilled pineapple on a plate, add scoops of ice cream, drizzle with warm caramel sauce, and sprinkle with black pepper.
