Simple to make ice cream, without eggs and cream, no need for whipping ingredients. Can be made with strawberries or your favorite fruits.
Ingredients
- 1 large container of Greek yogurt (330 g)
- 100 ml sweetened condensed milk (from a can)
- 250 g strawberries
Preparation
Place Greek yogurt in a bowl, add condensed milk and pureed strawberries, mix thoroughly. Transfer to an ice cream maker or place in the freezer for several hours, stirring thoroughly every half hour (this prevents ice crystals from forming).
If using a chilled ice cream maker, the ice cream will be ready almost immediately with minimal effort. Ensure the ice cream maker bowl has been chilled for at least 24 hours before use, and churn the mixture for a few minutes — the ice cream will be ready after this short time.
