This no-fuss treat combines the gooey goodness of Mars Bars with the fluffy lightness of marshmallows, all covered in rich, velvety dark chocolate. It’s a playful twist on traditional fudge that’s as fun to make as it is to eat.
Ingredients:
- 2 x 395g tins of sweetened condensed milk
- 3 x 180g blocks of dark chocolate, chopped
- 3 x 72g Mars bars, crushed
- 1/2 x 250g packet marshmallows, quartered
Method:
Line an 8-inch square baking tin with baking paper, leaving an overhang around the sides to allow the finished fudge to be lifted out easily.
In a large saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk and chopped dark chocolate.
Stir over a low heat until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.
Remove the pan from the heat.
Quickly stir in the chopped Mars bars and quartered marshmallows until they’re well distributed throughout the mixture. The residual heat will melt them slightly, creating a marbled effect.
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
When set, use the excess parchment paper to lift the fudge out of the tin.
Cut into squares and serve.
