Ingredients:
- 100g Darrell Lea Minty Crunchy Chocolate Balls, crushed (for garnish)
- 50g dark chocolate, melted (for the rim of the jar)
- 125ml (½ cup) mint liqueur
- 125ml (½ cup) Baileys liqueur
- 60ml (1/4 cup) vodka
- 2 cups of chocolate mint ice cream
- 160ml (2/3 cup) heavy cream
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 250g tin of whipped cream (for topping)
Method:
Dip the rim of your serving glass into the melted dark chocolate and then into the crushed Darrell Lea Minty Crunchy Chocolate Balls to coat the rim.
Pour the mint liqueur, Baileys liqueur, vodka, chocolate mint ice cream, whipped cream and crushed ice into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour the blended mixture into the prepared glass.
Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
Sprinkle more crushed Darrell Lea Minty Crunchy Chocolate Balls over the top.
