Toblerone Cocktail

It’s a simple yet luxurious treat that transforms your favourite chocolate bar into an irresistible drink. Perfect for a cosy evening or as a sumptuous party starter, this cocktail is sure to delight your senses and leave you wanting more.

Ingredients:

  • A handful of ice cubes
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) chocolate liqueur
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) butterscotch schnapps
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons Frangelico liqueur
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 50g bar of Toblerone chocolate, chopped (for garnish)
  • Chocolate sauce (for the rim of the glass)

For the chocolate sauce:

  • 150g Toblerone chocolate, chopped
  • 100ml thickened cream

Method:

Gently heat the 100ml concentrated cream in a saucepan until it’s warm but not boiling.

Remove from the heat and add the 150g chopped Toblerone chocolate.

Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the sauce is smooth. Set aside to cool.

Pour the ice cubes, chocolate liqueur, butterscotch schnapps, Baileys Irish Cream liqueur, Frangelico liqueur, thickened cream and honey into a cocktail shaker.

Shake well until chilled.

Dip the rim of the serving glass into the chocolate sauce, making sure it’s well coated.

Drizzle some of the remaining chocolate sauce into the glass for an extra chocolatey experience.

Strain the chilled cocktail mixture into the prepared glass.

Garnish with a piece of the 50g Toblerone chocolate on the rim or as a garnish.
