An icy dessert with raspberries and chocolate marshmallow sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup raspberries
- 8 tablespoons coconut liqueur (or optionally lemon liqueur)
- 4 scoops of ice cream
Chocolate Marshmallow Sauce:
- 1 cup marshmallows
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 50g dark chocolate, chopped
Preparation
Place raspberries on the bottom of glasses or goblets, drizzle them with liqueur, and mash them. Prepare the sauce: heat the cream in a saucepan, when hot, remove from heat, add marshmallows and chopped chocolate. Remove from heat and stir until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, you can add more cream or milk. If the ingredients do not dissolve, you can gently heat the mixture. Once the sauce is ready, place the ice cream on top of the raspberries, pour over the sauce, and serve.
