Butter Banana Muffins Without Flour

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Just under 1 cup (200 ml) unsalted, unsweetened peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 100g chocolate chips or chopped chocolate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place peeled and chopped bananas in a bowl, drizzle with lemon juice. Add eggs, honey, peanut butter, and mash everything with a fork. Add cocoa powder and baking soda and mix everything with a whisk. Line muffin tin with paper liners, fill them with the batter, and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake for about 18 – 20 minutes. Tips Honey can be replaced with maple syrup.
