A simple recipe for sweet peaches.
Ingredients
- 250g raspberries
- 1 tablespoon orange liqueur
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 – 4 ripe peaches
- 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 4 ladyfingers
Preparation
Rinse raspberries, dry them, blend them, and strain them through a sieve to remove seeds. Mix the smooth raspberry sauce with orange liqueur or orange juice and sugar. Scald peaches in boiling water (immerse them for about 20 seconds), then peel, cut into eighths, and remove the pits. Place ice cream scoops in dessert bowls, add peaches, and drizzle with raspberry sauce. The original recipe suggests mixing peaches with raspberry sauce beforehand. The choice of method is up to us. Top with ladyfingers and serve.
