Carrot and ginger are a perfect, warming combination. Of course, sweetness is added by mango!
Ingredients
- Orange marmalade – 2 teaspoons
- Fresh ginger – 20 g
- Mango – 400 g
- Carrot – 350 g
- Spinach – 200 g
- Oranges – 5 pcs.
Preparation
Step 1: Prepare the Fruits Peel the mango, remove the flesh from the pit, and cut it into large cubes. Grate the carrot coarsely. Peel the spinach leaves, wash and drain them. Peel and chop the ginger.
Step 2: Blend the Ingredients Thoroughly blend the prepared ingredients with the juice squeezed from the oranges and cinnamon. Add orange marmalade to taste and blend again briefly. Pour the smoothie into glasses and decorate with orange slices as desired.
