An easy and delicious dessert! Try the recipe for fruits topped with oat crumble!

Fruits
- Pear – 2 pieces
- Fresh ginger – 1 piece
- Apricot – 6 pieces
- Maple syrup – 6 tablespoons
- Plum – 4 pieces
- Lime – 0.5 piece
Oat Crumble
- Oat flakes – 150 g
- Maple syrup – 3 tablespoons
- Coconut oil – 4 tablespoons
- Lime – 0.5 piece
Preparation
Step 1: Prepare the Fruits Dice the pears. Halve the apricots (or if using nectarines, cut them into eighths) and plums, removing the pits. If using nectarines instead of apricots, cut them into eighths. Pour maple syrup onto a heated pan, add ginger and lime juice. Add pears and caramelize for about 5 minutes. Then add apricots and plums and heat for another minute.
Step 2: Prepare the Oat Crumble Transfer the lime juice and the remaining oat crumble ingredients to a blender and blend.
Step 3: Bake the Fruit with Crumble Transfer the fruits into small molds or ovenproof dishes. Sprinkle the top with the oat crumble. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 10 minutes.
