Ingredients:
- 340g bag of vanilla cake mix
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 165g Turkish delight chocolate bars, chopped
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the vanilla cake mix, beaten eggs and vegetable oil until you have a soft dough.
Fold in the chopped Turkish delight chocolate bars.
Drop the dough onto the prepared baking tray by spoonfuls, about 2 inches apart.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
