Strawberry Mousse

A true paradise for strawberry lovers! Prepare this refreshing mousse when you crave something truly delicious and simple!

Ingredients

  • 80 g sugar
  • 250 g heavy cream (36% fat)
  • 450 g frozen strawberries
  • 2 g fresh mint leaves
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 4 teaspoons gelatin

Instructions

Step 1: Soak the Gelatin Soak the gelatin in cold water, mix, and set aside for about 5-7 minutes to swell.

Step 2: Cook the Frozen Strawberries Heat the frozen strawberries with sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring. When they soften and release juice, turn off the heat. Let the strawberries cool slightly, then blend them into a smooth, uniform puree. Bring to a boil again.

Step 3: Prepare the Strawberry Mousse Add the gelatin and stir vigorously until dissolved. Set the strawberry mousse with gelatin aside to cool completely.

Step 4: Whip the Cream Whip the well-chilled heavy cream until it forms soft peaks.

Step 5: Combine the Cream with the Strawberry Mousse Add the cooled strawberry mousse in batches. Each time, gently fold the mixture using a whisk.

Step 6: Chill and Serve the Mousse Transfer the finished mousse into jars and refrigerate until set. Before serving, decorate with mint leaves.
