Easy-to-make cookies that every chocolate lover will adore. So good that they disappear right after baking!
Ingredients
- Sugar – 100 g
- Vanilla sugar – 1 packet
- Dark chocolate – 125 g
- Egg – 1 piece
- Cocoa powder – 30 g
- Butter – 125 g
- Cake flour – 150 g
- Baking soda – 15 g
- Salt – 1 pinch
Preparation
Cream the butter with sugar, then add the egg and melted chocolate (melted at 40°C). In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, a pinch of salt, and vanilla sugar. Add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture and knead the dough thoroughly. Roll it out to a thickness of about 0.5 cm and cut out circles with a diameter of 5-6 cm.
Arrange the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place them with larger gaps between each cookie to prevent them from sticking together during baking. Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 170°C and bake for about 20 minutes.
