Ingredients
- Sugar: 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla sugar: 1 packet
- Eggs: 4
- Butter: 40g
- Milk: 200ml
- Canola oil: 2 tablespoons
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Baking soda: 1 pinch
- Salt: 2 pinches
- All-purpose flour (type 450): 330g
Sauce
- Powdered sugar: 1 tablespoon
- Natural yogurt: 150g
- Vanilla homogenized cheese: 150g
Fruit for Decoration
- Orange: 1
Preparation
Whisk the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar, then add melted butter. Gradually pour milk into the beaten egg yolks with sugar and butter. Then add sifted flour with baking powder and baking soda. Finally, add a pinch of salt and beaten egg whites to the ingredients. Mix all the ingredients. Fry the pancakes in a pan greased with oil or clarified butter. Fry the pancakes on both sides until they are golden brown. Stack the cooked pancakes. Serve pancakes with sauce and decorate with orange fillets.
Sauce Transfer the homogenized cheese to a bowl, add yogurt and powdered sugar to the cheese. Mix everything together.
