Ingredients:

  • 4 oz. vodka
  • 8 oz. pineapple juice
  • 2 oz. coco (real cream of coconut)
  • 2 cups ice
  • maraschino cherries (optional)
  • pineapple slices (optional)

Method:

Combine ingredients:

In a blender, combine 4 oz of vodka, 8 oz of pineapple juice and 2 oz of coconut cream.

Blend with ice:

Add 2 cups of ice to blender jug.

Blend until smooth and frothy.

Garnish and serve:

Strain the cocktail into glasses.

Optionally garnish with maraschino cherries and pineapple slices for a tropical presentation.
