Ingredients
- Sugar – 20 g
- Red apple – 4 pieces
- Egg – 1 piece
- Butter – 3 tablespoons
- Peanut butter – 120 g
- All-purpose flour – 1.5 cups
- Milk – 290 ml
- Olive oil – 20 ml
- Baking powder – 2 teaspoons
- Salt – 1 pinch
Preparation
Step 1: Heat the Butter Put the butter and milk in a saucepan. Heat until the butter melts. Remove from heat and let it cool briefly.
Step 2: Combine the Dry Ingredients Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
Step 3: Prepare the Pancake Batter Crack the egg into the saucepan with milk and butter. Mix thoroughly and pour into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir until you get a smooth batter.
Step 4: Prepare the Apples Peel the apples, remove the cores, and slice them into 0.5 cm thick slices. Spread peanut butter on one apple slice and cover it with another apple slice. Repeat for the remaining slices. Coat the apples on both sides with the batter.
Step 5: Fry the Pancakes Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the apples coated in batter.
