Ingredients:
- 400g (14oz) ripe strawberries
- 150g (¾ cup) granulated sugar
- 250 ml (1 cup) whole milk
- 250 ml (1 cup) heavy cream
Method:
Puree the ripe strawberries in a food processor.
Place the strawberry puree, granulated sugar, whole milk and heavy cream in a bowl.
If you have an ice-cream maker, follow the manufacturer’s instructions to churn the gelato until it reaches the desired consistency.
