Oatmeal with Dried Fruit and Flaxseed

Healthy, filling, and simple. The perfect breakfast. Especially on days when we have less energy and the weather doesn’t encourage getting out of bed.

Ingredients

  • Oatmeal 4 tablespoons
  • Raisins 1 tablespoon
  • Honey 1 tablespoon
  • Strawberries
  • Goji berries 1 tablespoon
  • Ground flaxseed 1 tablespoon

Preparation

Boil a little less than a cup of water. Add the oatmeal and simmer. Add a tablespoon of ground flaxseed, raisins, goji berries, and honey. Mix everything and simmer for a while longer. Serve in bowls. Let it cool and garnish with pieces of strawberries.
