Ingredients
- Strawberries: 300 g
- Fresh raspberries: 1/2 cup
- Banana: 1
- Kefir: 1 liter
- Sugar: to taste
Preparation
In a tall container, add the raspberries (I used frozen, but fresh ones work too), washed and hulled strawberries, and sliced banana. Next, pour in the kefir and add a bit of sugar. Blend everything with a blender and adjust sweetness if necessary. Chill the smoothie in the fridge and serve with a sprig of mint.
