Mini cheesecakes on Oreo cookies – if you have a small amount of ground quark left in the fridge, you can prepare a delicious dessert.
Ingredients
- Oreo cookies: 1 package
- Butter (82%): 1 large tablespoon
- Ground quark: 200 grams
- Heavy cream (36%): 100 grams
- Greek yogurt: 100 grams
- Powdered sugar: 2 large tablespoons
- Grated chocolate: 2 large tablespoons
- Pork gelatin: 1 small teaspoon
- Water: 2 large tablespoons
Preparation
Crush the chocolate-filled cookies, add a tablespoon of butter, and blend until fine. Press the cookie mixture into the bottoms of 4 pastry molds, tamping it down with a flat object, and place in the fridge.
Soak the gelatin in cold water, then add a bit of boiling water once it swells, mix, and after it cools slightly, combine with 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt.
In a mixing bowl, add the ground quark, powdered sugar, cream, and the remaining yogurt, and mix briefly. Then add the gelatin mixture, blend, and divide the cheesecake mixture into two parts.
Layer the white part over the cookie crusts. To the second part, add the grated chocolate, mix, and when the white layer starts to set, spread the chocolate mixture over it. Refrigerate the cheesecakes until fully set. Before serving, you can decorate them as desired. I topped mine with caramel.
