Unmatched rhubarb in a new version.
Ingredients
- Rhubarb, 5 stalks
- Sugar, 3 tablespoons
- Blackcurrant jelly, 1 piece
- Orange jelly, 1 piece
- Heavy cream 30%, 250 ml
- Vanilla paste, 1/2 teaspoon
- Homogenized cheese, 15 dag
- Pork gelatin, 1 teaspoon
- Powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons
Decoration
- Whipped cream
- Dessert chocolate
- Rhubarb caramelized in sugar
Preparation
- Dissolve the blackcurrant or blackcurrant jelly according to the instructions on the package, pour evenly into three dessert bowls, and leave to set completely.
- Dissolve the gelatin in a small amount of hot water until smooth and liquid.
- Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla paste until fluffy. Add the homogenized cheese and mix.
- Clean and wash the rhubarb, then chop it into small pieces. Sprinkle with sugar, pour 1/2 cup of water, and cook until it breaks down. You can blend it with a blender. Add the orange jelly to the hot mixture, mix well, and pour it over the cream mixture. Leave to set completely.
- Before serving, decorate with whipped cream, chocolate, and caramelized rhubarb.
