Ingredients
- Greek yogurt, 400 g
- Mango, 1 piece
- Figs, 2 pieces
- Granola, 6 tablespoons
- Honey, 2 tablespoons
Preparation
Peel and remove the seed from the mango, then blend it until smooth. Arrange a layer of Greek yogurt at the bottom of dessert glasses, followed by mango puree and another layer of yogurt. Sprinkle your favorite granola on top, then arrange sliced figs on the granola. Drizzle with a tablespoon of pine honey, and it’s ready to serve!
